At 1330hrs on the 15th Novemeber 2023, a revolutionary online community and app, created by Project RECCE, in partnership with JP Morgan's Force For Good programme will go live! The Employment Rendezvours, or ERV,  will be a space exclusively reserved for Military Service Leavers, Veterans, Reservists, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers and Military Spouses to meet vetted companies who demonstrate active support for the military community. There will be 

• Expert Advice and guidance for your transition into the construction industry, from the only charity that specialises in this field.
• LiveJobs, advertised by companies that partner with the charity to ensure veterans and serviceleavers are valued and find the right second career with them.
• Opportunities for structured training and education from vetted, forces-friendly providers.
• Direct links to employers, with the ability to communicate on a one to one basis with a mentor or military veteran within that company.
