📆 Day 4 on the #PathwaysintoConstruction course is #mentalhealth day 🧠 . Whilst the course isn't specifically for #veterans and #serviceleavers with #ptsd, it would be remiss of us not to address that mental health is a huge factor in making a smooth transition into #civvystreet.
In the morning we are very privileged to be joined by James Elliott who delivers an insightful session on understanding how we react to certain situations and how to cope better with these.
