💂♂️>👷♂️ A huge congratulations 👊 💥 to Jake Archer on his new role as a #Projectmanager with Mott MacDonald. Jake came to Project RECCE CIO with some anxiety about a fast-approaching termination date and struggling to find where he would best fit in, in the civvy construction industry. Through completing our #pathwaysintoconstruction course and through a proactive approach to resettlement, Jake was able to properly RECCE the landscape, make strong networking connections, communicate his transferable skills and ultimately secure a coveted position in a strong, pro-forces company.
