Welcome to Veterans Lead the Way! Join us in collaboration with the Considerate Constructors Scheme on Thu 18 Jul 2024 at 13:00 at the National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas, Staffordshire. This event is an opportunity for military Service Leavers, Veterans and those employers wishing to recruit from the military talent pool, to come together and hear a programme of expert guest speakers on a number of insightful subjects.

There will be a chance to network with dozens of pro-forces companies, such as Balfour Beatty PLC and Sunbelt Rentals.

Companies will be able to make there pledge to support ex-forces by signing the Armed Forces Covenant.

Veterans and Service Leavers will be able to join the Institute of Leadership on the day, free for 12 months*, inc. post nominal letters and digital credentials.
